How does Rewynd work?

Rewynd looks at your photo library, groups images by time, place, and similarity, and selects the ones that best tell each story. It then composes those photos into a cinematic video reel — no manual sorting required, plus a photo album version you can flip through yourself.

Does Rewynd ever change my photos?

Selection happens automatically, and nothing changes without your direction. Enhancing a photo, like editing or applying a filter, is available too, but only when you choose to use it. What you see in a memory story by default is exactly what you captured.

Is my data safe?

Yes. In short:

  • Your photos are used only to build your stories, and the temporary data used to process them is discarded once a story is generated.
  • We never sell your photos or use them for advertising.
  • You can revoke photo access or delete your account anytime in the app.
Can I share my stories?

Yes — share directly to Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms, or keep your memory stories private. Sharing is part of the experience, never a requirement.

What devices are supported?

Rewynd is built for iOS and Android. This site is the place to learn about Rewynd and join as an early tester — the experience itself lives in the app.
